He grew up in the Bay Area and graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis. He then moved to San Diego and obtained his law degree from California Western School of Law. He joined ICM in late 1999 and in his first 12 years, he has been a member of the company’s “Top 15” 10 different times and has been recognized as the company’s Top Senior District Manager 7 times. He specializes in working with people at or near retirement and young professionals in the areas of wealth accumulation, wealth preservation and estate planning. Jay is a registered representative with SagePoint Financial, Inc. (member FINRA/SIPC) and a Citadel Estate Planner.
